I called and they want a 2 yr contract and service is costly and you have to rent the equiptment. I feel the are too costly to get.
I have called many times and no one is calls back.
many people tell me when service goes down you can never get a tech person. But if your ever late on a bill they call non stop. funny they dont care when you need them only about getting the money.

I have had Fusion since they first started and have been with them through the change to Regions. Fusion has always had problems intermittently with connection and speed issues, and the biggest is failure to communicate. There was no change since Regions took over. Still the same problems.

Since I use this for my job, I was almost fired because of the issues with Regions. I had to get satellite backup.

I was just told yesterday that they were almost turned off by Deerfield Township because of failure to pay six months of tower fees. Apparently their check came in the day of the township meeting, thus they tabled the issue. I also heard rumor that they are close to bankruptcy.

I am actually sitting here with my satellite connection because Regions is out AGAIN.

I had this internet provider because like others it was the only thing available, my experience with fusion/regions was horrible the speeds were no where near what they advertised on the website, the customer service was terrible not to mention half the time the internet wouldnt even load at times it was almost as useless as dial up. the technology used is line of sight so if you live in a heavily wooded area only time this is going to work is in the winter. When summer comes it will be useless.

I ordered the slowest speed (512kbps down) from regions over a year ago, because they were the only company available in my area. The speed is the same, no matter what package you pay for. I have friends that have the faster speeds, and I download the same, consistently 1 meg. The service is spotty, slow, and overpriced. $50 per month for 1 meg? Crap. All they do is split charter lines amongst their customers and sit back and make $$$. I have a charter IP address so I know that. Bad customer service as well. I wish I had options.

I started with Fusion and went through the transition to Regions. Same old thing. Sometimes it’s blazing fast, but when you need it, it’s not there. I don’t think it’s their local network, but they have problems with their connections. If you want to work from home and need a VPN don’t even bother with this company, first thing they will do is charge you $20.00 extra for a static IP, it’s just too slow that way. Recently, the email went away, I don’t think that they renewed their contract with 1&1 email, sure screwed me up. As soon as my contract is up I’m outta’ there. Starband has come down in price, maybe I’ll try them.
